The Spell of Wine

You like wine and you dream of becoming a wine-grower. The Domaine de la Dame offer you this incredible opportunity to take vines on lease. We will be looking after the wine-making and working the soil. No burdens only joy! The wine will be bottled, labelled and marketed under the Domaine de la Dame label together with your name or the name of your company and in addition the name of the wine-grower.

The prices

Our annual fees for 12 vines is €240,- per year. Our leasing contract is signed for a minimum of 3 years. The Contribution for bottling and transport is around €60,-(depending on the destination must be calculated) will be calculated as well as your annual contribution and paid upon your wine's delivery.

Our work

Our vineyard at the Domaine de la Dame is located at the Château Courts les Mûts. The family, viticulturists for three generations, takes great care of the vineyard. Our work consists of the organisation surrounding the leasing for exemple wine-making, bottling, managing the transports and the export towards other countries.

Delivery of wine to Holland

The transport of wine is done through a carrier and every year in November we invite you to a small reception, in a farm in the heart of Holland to fetch your wine. Or else, we can send your wine by plane to other countries with our carrier.

The Château

The vineyards of the Domaine de la Dame is located at the Château Courts les Mûts owned by the Pierre Sadoux family. The leasing concept concerns anyone in France, Holland, Belgium, or anywhere else that shares the love of wine. The Château Courts les Mûts is in Saussignac, to the south-west of Bergerac, near both Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, which is one of the most beautiful wine-producing regions of France. You find grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec.

Did you know?

That the harvest starts at the end of September and finishes at the beginning of October. The wine-making process lasts ten months where we are, and if you wish to, you are welcome to discover the work done in our vineyard. Our grape varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec.
